Bethany Joy School Updates

Dear Friends and Family of the Watumull Childrens Fund,

We are excited to send you our most recent photos of the progress happening at Bethany Joy School campus in Kawangware, Nairobi. The existing metal structures have been torn down and excavation has begun!

Here is an arial view of Bethany’s first floor, where you can see the proposed classroom layout. The finished school will be two stories tall and serve eight hundred students.

You can see a close up of the Start Somewhere bricks that will be used to construct Bethany. Start Somewhere, a German charity, is generously partnering with us to erect this permanent building. Also at our side is the Sandy Vohra Foundation from Nairobi, Kenya.

Here are the Bethany students who will soon have a gorgeous, new, permanent learning center. This school will not only impact its many children but will elevate the entire community!

The costs of building materials are skyrocketing even as you read this, please consider helping out! 100 percent of your designated gift will go to completing Bethany Joy School. Thank you so very much!

XOXO,
SCOT + CHITRA
