How It Helps

In the slums, spaces are small and schools are often operated out of confined “containers” made of sheets of iron. The space is not ideal to teach young learners.

This is why we seek to provide better structures for the children in the community. These buildings become a refuge for their lives. Larger facilities allow the schools to serve and enroll more children — breaking the cycle of poverty.
